Customize bbPress Plugin 1.8.0 Released, Support Display / Hide Author Name in bbPress Forums Home Page

We are happy to report you, we just released Customize bbPress Plugin 1.8.0 🙂

A few users said they have many sub forums listed on bbPress forums archive page, they hope the bbPress forums home page keep clean and tidy, they do not hope lists author name, author avatar, start by…. and so on in the bbPress forums home page, because it looks too messy. In “Custom bbPress Settings” panel, you will find “Hide Author Name in bbPress Forums Home Page” option box, you can hide / display author informations by one click, it looks like this:

How to Display / Hide Author Name in bbPress Forums Home Page?

1: If you select “Yes, hide author name in bbPress forums home page” in “Hide Author Name in bbPress Forums Home Page” option box, in front end, when user view bbPress forums home page (bbpress forums acrhive page), we will hide author name in freshness cloumn
2: If you select “No, display author name in bbPress forums home page” in “Hide Author Name in bbPress Forums Home Page” option box, in front end, when user view bbPress forums home page (bbpress forums acrhive page), we will display author name in freshness cloumn
3: By default, if you do not setup “Hide Author Name in bbPress Forums Home Page” option box, we will display author name in freshness cloumn

Just one click, you can Display / Hide Author Name in bbPress Forums Home Page very easy 🙂
