bbPress Membership Plugin 2.7.2 Released

We are happy to report you, we just released bbPress membership Plugin 2.7.2, based on user’s feature requests, changes in this bbPress membership  plugin:

bbPress Membership Plugin Support bbPress Forums Visibility Control

We get a user’s ticket, in which is told us, he hope hide / remove a few bbPress sub forums from bbPress main index page, based on user roles, for example, opt to allow guest view “pre-sale” sub forum in bbpress main index, and hide “Support” sub forum to guest in bbpress main index page, also show “Support” sub forum to customers, but hide “Staff” sub forum to customer users… and so on. 🙂

Because there are no any existed solution in bbPress area, our bbpress plugin developer used a lot days to read core codes of bbPress plugin and analyze all hooks APIs, finally we realized this feature for users, if you upgrade to bbPress memebrship plugin 2.7.2, in the “bbPress Forums Visibility Setting” panel, you will find we have listed all user roles for you, you can just click any user roles tabs to hide any sub forums in bbpress forum main index page, it looks like this:

you can opt to hide / show any bbPress sub forums to users based on user roles
